REFUNDS

We offer refunds for manufacturing defects only, and a full refund can be made within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. To initiate the refund process, please send photos via email to support@ssunsu.com. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and SSUNSU reserves the right to reject any refund. If your refund is approved, it will be made to your original payment method within 7 working days, which may vary depending on your card issuer. Please note that sale items cannot be refunded.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please note that as of now, we are unable to support exchanges or returns for any items. Once an order has been shipped out, cancellation is also not permitted. EUROPEAN UNION 3 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
