SHIPPING

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 working days once full payment has been made. For domestic orders (within Singapore), delivery will be completed within 1-2 working days after the order has been shipped out. For overseas order (out of Singapore), please refer to the section on Overseas Shipping.

Kindly allow for delays during sale periods and holidays.

Once an order has been shipped, the tracking ID and shipping status of your delivery will be automatically sent to you via email.

Please note that the delivery times provided are estimated timelines and may vary depending on the country and region. We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered within the expected timeframe.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

For overseas orders (out of Singapore), delivery will be completed within 5-14 days after the order has been shipped out. The delivery time will vary depending on the country and region.

Please note that due to shipping restrictions, liquid-based products (such as the Beauty+ Red Ginseng Jelly, Ph. Hubby Soft Matte Sun Cream, and Ph. Hubby Tone Up Sun Cream, amongst others) may have limitations on shipping and delivery to certain areas. Our customer service team will assess each case on an individual basis and will personally reach out to you to work out a favourable arrangement.

PRE-ORDERS

For pre-orders, kindly allow for a longer lead time. Pre-ordered items may take up to 15-30 days to be delivered to you.
